FAQs

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, however, if your shipment is outside of Europe & UK please do allow us to come back to you with a quote on cost of shipment if there is one. Majority of the times we forfeit the additional cost to the customer, but sometimes if you are far away from our jewellery lab (thank you for finding us!), we want to make sure our pieces are shipped safely and securely without any risk of loss and with proper insurance and compensation to you and us. So there might be an additional cost.

Do you offer bespoke services?

We offer bespoke variations and designs to our existing pieces and inventions. We are always happy to hear from you to see if you we can make your imagination a reality so get in touch!

Are your pieces hallmarked?
We value the quality materials we use and the level of craftsmanship put into every one of our pieces. Hence, all Drutis Jewellery pieces comply with and are marked in adherence to The UK Hallmarking Act (1973)
and hold a warranty cover for two years since purchase.

What is your warranty policy?

Your Drutis Jewellery purchase is covered against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of purchase.

The Warranty covers: defects in the material or workmanship of opening mechanisms; diamond setting; stone setting; and any additional mechanisms of the piece.

The Warranty does not cover: repairs made by anyone other than our skilled jewellery team; products damaged from everyday wear and tear; tarnishing of gold; scratching of the items, enamel, chain and attachments; damage resulting from misuse or accidental handling; exposure to lotions and creams; lost/misplaced products; and changes in engraved information after the engraved product is approved.

In the unlikely event that you have a problem with the jewellery within the warranty period, you can return the item to us for inspection and we will either repair or replace it.

Do you use silver?

Since we are a high end fine jewellery brand, most pieces are produced using 18 ct or 14 ct gold, and are rhodium plated for that extra sparkle. We can use 925 sterling silver or gold vermeil for some charms.

Do you use platinum?

Some of our designs (especially the bridal ranges) use platinum or platinum elements for that forever and ever lifespan of your pieces.

Do you engrave?

Engraving on Kaleidoscopes and laser engraving on other pieces is possible, but do contact us to discuss and we can advise what would look best and provide a quote.
